Lian and I went to Sharm-el-Sheik for a week, just the two of us.
Thanks to a wonderfull mother-in-law that took care of three kids while we were gone, we had a very nice, relaxing trip.
I went out diving with Werner Lau for three days, two days on Thistlegorm.
First day was a trip to Ras Katy and Ras Um Sid, very nice, and a bit of a drift dive on one of them, very nice experience.
Then on to the Thistlegorm, my first visit!
Unfortunately on the first day on Thistlegorm, I had a new mask with me, and that gave me a squeeze on the first dive, so I had to skip the second dive, because of a headache, and lack of vision. After a nice relaxation in the cabin on the boat, with two nice cold bottles of water on the eyes, everything was ok again, and I could return with the boat without any impairment.
The second day I went to Thistlegorm, I brought my trusty Devil mask, and that works perfectly every time!

Very nice fitting, very soft, very low volume air. Why did I want to improve on perfection ??? Maybe I should ask the wife, she tries to do that all the time :-)
I brought the torch with me to Egypt, wow, what a light, absolutely worth the extra weight, when compared to the ScobaPros' on rent. It really made a difference, and no problem in batterylife when not running it on 110%.
