Extreme diving

A trip to a wreck called Vapper, the day before other from the club went there, and ended up in 3 m waves, very brutal experience, everybody got seasick.

Nevertheless, we ventured out, after checking the weatherreport extra throughly.

The waves going out was something like 1/2 meter, not too rough, but fair enough.

It's about 55 km from our harbour, so a bit more than an hour in travel, including switching tanks under way.

When we arrived, DKDiver.dk was already there with a trip, as well as Aqua, they were on their way home, so we tied to the wreck using their line, and down went team 1, when they got up, I went down as team 2.

The sight was extreme (for danish conditions) approx 15 m, no current (also very unusual for the site), and it was a blast of a dive.

After approx. 50 min's we were back in the surface, and went on our way home.

In the meantime, all the waves had disappeared, we had truly smooth water all the way home, so the engine got allmost full throttle, and it was smooth sailing all the way back.

Now that extreme, extremely good!
